“ We have been eating and playing pool here now for over a year. My son has developed a love for the game. He just turned 9! The staff is so wonderful here. Always catering to my son’s dietary needs. It’s not just an adult environment, it’s family friendly. We must go a few times a month. Decided to celebrate his birthday here. We were even upgraded to the beautiful private second floor! Was worth every penny! Can’t say enough great things about this location. Thank you John and the entire staff for making my son’s birthday a special one. My family can’t stop talking about the quality of the food. ”
“ We had an awesome meal here today - food, drinks and service was fantastic. 5 of us came in for lunch and we loved the look and vibe of the restaurant. The food itself was fresh, full of flavour and had a great amount of spice and seasoning to it all. The drinks as well were made brilliantly and we really did love everything about our visit today. Amy, our server, was fab and she did a great job with our table. I would definitely recommend! ”
“ Great support from the owner, John, helping us set up the details of the event for 40 ppl held upstairs. Excellent service, friendly servers, terrific manager, and the food menu items we chose were great. Crooked Cue printed a menu for guests to review food the items we chose for our guests. The overall atmosphere was terrific. There was plenty of room for everyone: at the front where there were nice white round tables, as well as in the middle and at the back of the space, where there were longer wooden tables. People could stand, sit, and chat, or play pool and ping pong anywhere upstairs. There was a seamless set up for the host of the celebration to play music via Bluetooth and a have a slide show playing. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave that day, and the second floor was a bit warm, and guests felt it. Overall it was a very nice and spacious upstairs venue for our special occasion. ”
“ Took my two babies and my boyfriend here for lunch and the food was so good!! We started with the cauliflower bites with JD sauce, then I had the protein bowl with chicken and my boyfriend had the ribs and everything was sooo good!!! Even our 15 month old was enjoying it as well! To pair we each had a sangria, one white, one red! It did get a little crowded in our section but we always love a good sociably atmosphere! We will definitely be returning! ”

“ Our team recently recorded a podcast interview in the beautiful private upper-level space at The Crooked Cue, and it was perfect—quiet, full of natural light, and just the right amount of privacy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. After the recording, we stayed for lunch and were blown away. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The Jambalaya was one of the best I had ever had, while cauliflower bites, Fish tacos, smokehouse burgers were all freshly made and perfectly seasoned. The overall vibe of the place is relaxed yet stylish, with a great mix of pub charm and modern touches. Highly recommend both for casual dining and special occasions. We'll definitely be back! ”
“ We held a birthday party at the Crooked Cue, Port Credit, with 17 people. John, was incredibly accommodating with food allergies and made the menu changes with no problem. Food was great. Cassandra, our waitress did a wonderful job. They even sent someone out to buy candles for the cake we brought, as we had forgotten to bring them. We did a round robin ping pong tournament that everyone enjoyed. All around great experience and a great time was had by all. If I had one suggestion, maybe invest in some new ping pong paddles, as some were a little worse for wear, but it didn't affect the enjoyment or party atmosphere. Would highly recommend. ”
